About Travis Hansberger
A graduate of Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Travis Hansberger holds a bachelor of arts in aviation management, as well as an Airline Transport Pilot license. Early in his career, he spent seven years as an airline pilot and flight instructor before completing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) coursework at Kansas State University. Travis Hansberger earned his CFP designation in 2009.
From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Hansberger worked as a wealth advisor for Thrivent Financial, providing fee-based financial services and growing the firm into the country’s largest of its kind. Since 2020, he has served as president of Millstone Wealth Management, where he handles more than $125 million in client assets and owns several copyrights for the firm’s tax-sensitive software program.
Apart from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Hansberger supports various local organizations. He served as a member of the board and a member of the finance committee with Groves Academy, a non-profit educational organization focused on literacy and advocacy for children with learning disabilities.
